Steel structure supply of SIGUSFA project in Algeria

ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solution (France), awarded to METEKO, the modeling and fabrication of “A new clinker production line in Sigus Algeria”. This award includes the modeling, fabrication, application of any anticorrosion system & FOB delivery to Thessaloniki, Greece port. It was divided in 22 separate structures such as complex conveyors, clinker house miscellaneous platforms and different purpose smaller buildings. All structures were modeled in Tekla Structure software. Several problems erected from modeling were faced and justified solutions were proposed to TKIS for approval. The total weight of the all steel elements was approximately 685tn. Material grade was S235JR & S355JR.
